Relic Master's is a 100% Internet based business. In order to keep the costs of our parts and services down we do not take orders by phone. USA shipping and handling prices are listed below and are calculated based on the total amount of your order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please email us for foriegn orders.
Most orders ship within 72 hours after payment arrives, but please allow up to 14 business days for delivery on all orders due to possible unforeseen circumstances. Cancelled orders prior to 14 business days will be accessed a 20% restocking fee. Returns accepted for defective items only within 7 days from receipt. In certain circumstances other returns will be excepted on a case by case basis with a 20% restocking fee, so please be sure you know what you are ordering before you order. We are sorry for having to charge for restocking but it cost us time and money to pull and fill orders only to have them need to be restocked and inventory adjusted. Email us immediately with details prior to returning any items. Items must be returned with all original packaging material and in original condition with no mods or damage. Absolutely no returns or exchanges on aged or Relic items. All warranties are void on Relic or aged parts. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
When paying with PayPal all credits for returned merchandise will be issued as in-store credit only.
Orders paid for with PayPal will be shipped to the confirmed address entered when setting up your PayPal account. You can check your confirmed address by logging into PayPal.com and choosing "Address" in the "Profile" tab under "Your Account."
For your security, please enter billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You will receive an envoice from Paypal with your order information.
For mail in orders print the order form and use the shopping cart to total your order and add S & H from chart below. We accept money orders or cashiers checks only for mail in orders. Please contact us for special payment instructions prior to mailing in any orders. Do not send payment before contacting us first or your order may be returned to you. We have to know our workload in advance due to the small size of our business. Thank you for your understanding.
